Norm has been in the home improvement industry for more than 32 years. The early part of his career began in Tucson, Arizona working for a National home improvement company, where he received extensive training in all fields of that industry. In 1987 he moved to Southern California and continued his journey specializing in the building and home improvement field, working for a company servicing the entire Southern California area. There he enhanced his knowledge in all departments including, electrical, plumbing, lumber, and mill works. His customer service talents earned him numerous awards and recommendations.

For the last 11 years Norm has been able to dedicate his time to the area which he excels in most, and that is window and door replacement (both new construction and replacement).
